Do I need an appointment for Pharmacy First?
No, you can walk in. Booking a 15-minute slot online means you're seen straight away when you arrive.
Is there a charge for NHS services?
No. All the services listed on this site are free on the NHS. Some prescribed items carry the standard NHS prescription charge unless you're exempt.
How do I know my prescription is ready?
We'll text you. If you'd rather a phone call, tell us at the counter and we'll note it on your record.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. Book in the patient's name and bring them with you. For a child, a parent or guardian needs to be there.
What should I bring to my appointment?
A list of any medicines you take, your NHS number if you know it, and a mobile number we can text. That's all.
